Day 128… Oh Spain… how you dazzle me with architectural feats and artistic treats, enrich me with historic treasures and nourish me with beer and tapas! From charismatic cities full of boisterous bars and hip galleries, to sleepy villages dotted with run-down farmhouses and olive groves, Spain never fails to open up travellers’ eyes, minds and hearts. Apparently. Very travel brochure of me wasn’t it? Moving on…

First up i have to move rooms ar hostel  from solo to the person i will be sharing with on the tour. Once sorted i head off and check out Barcelona’s quirkiest character in the Casa Batlo… the Gaudi museum and freaky it is! There are a few buildings still standing about the place that look over the top tacky… and it’s where we get the term gaudi from! I mean check out the architecture… this guy had serious pull to be able to experiment architecturally… and of course be trippi botng balls/ be a mathematical visionary/ both. After that I jump the  us and go to see more of barcelona’s groundbreaking art scene, Gothic architecture and superb architecture with a visit to the voluminous Museo Frederic Mares… sooooo much stuff in there! Olde artifacts feom olde spain… clocks, cards, glasses, porcelain, crucifixes, bits of gargoyles and stone sarcofigi, toys, flags and sooo many Jesus statues and crucifixes i nave ever seen in my life! So many I only now realise they ALL have Jesus’ head tilted slightly to the right and down… but never LEFT and down. I must find out why. Then i head off to the Picsso Museum which is quite expensive (till I get a reinfection of funds I am on a very serious budget) so I check out the gift shop. Don’t judge me. After that I head back to find my tour roomie, meet the group which for the first time ever is all bloody aussies… lol. Then we go to our dinner and restaurant based shenanigans ensued…. esp when I bought a rose for one of the guys… the rose seller bloke fou d that a using and gifted  e with one for a selfie as well… the errant flowers then went to far better homes with 2 pretty Spanish waitresses. And… scene…
