Day 10

image

day 10, pt 2: I visit Challapampa Village and enjoy a half day of participative tourism, where I got the opportunity to interact with one of the most unspoiled indigenous Titicaca villages through an innovative program organised with the local community sharing family life for a while and walking 2 hours along the Inca trail. Then back to the boat where – as the ONLY person NOT in a large group of teen girls & parents I am invited to join in on the parents’ who organised the trip – the 15th birthday of their twin girls. I ate… I danced… I felt entirely odd as the N.P.C in their dungeoneering party. Then as they continued I retired to read & sleep.
